Andy Lockhart has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 30 years and currently works for Keller Williams Winter Park. Raised in Central Florida, his career in real estate began after graduating from Florida State University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in
Business Administration. Starting at Barnett Bank, Lockhart worked to find suitable land for
development for new bank branches as well as managing the construction process. Many of his bank sites and floor plans are still in use today. 

Lockhart's background in construction and development proved useful during the economic downturn when he
founded a construction company to help homeowners breathe new life into their current residences. His collective construction and development experience has also proven helpful when working with his clients to get their properties ready to sell or envision an addition or new home project.

Andy Lockhart supports Job's Partnership, an initiative to help under-privileged workers
develop the skills necessary to compete in today's job market. Lockhart also works with Hope for the Homeless, an
outreach program that helps Orlando's homeless become self-sufficient. Along with his wife and family, he has been involved with mission work, primarily to the extremely poor.

Outside of helping home buyers find the perfect home, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and family and
really enjoys Crossfit. 

Lockhart has served on the Agent Leadership Council and chaired the Culture Committee helping to shape the direction of the success of Keller Williams Winter Park.

 Lynn has been a part of the Lockhart team for 30+ years.  Lynn brings a creative eye to the already “visionary” Andy, and she looks forward to assisting him and Tanya in marketing, business development and client appreciation.

She will also offer her design services to sellers who need to stage, organize and prepare to move, or assist new homebuyers in making a new home their own.  Lynn loves gardening and outdoor activities that allow her to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings.  She, too, loves spending time with her boys, their wives and precious granddaughter.
